Rohl Deck Mounted Five Spoke-Handled Faucet – We love Rohl faucets! This is now the 5th one we’ve installed this year. Although these are more expensive, you really do get what you pay for. This is a high-quality faucet that is relatively easy to install, looks absolutely beautiful against a vintage backdrop, and works great! It is quite heavy and highly durable, not your typical flimsy run-of-the-mill faucets you often find in big-box retailers. Price Range: Approx. $475.00
Schoolhouse Electric Pendant Light with Glass Shade – We just finished a kitchen renovation using a pendant light from Schoolhouse Electric. We admit this is our first Schoolhouse Electric light we’ve installed. We’ve mostly installed lighting from Rejuvenation, but when our interior designer ordered this pendant light for our client, we were highly impressed by its quality and finish, and reasonable price. Not to mention the shade matched our client’s existing vintage pendant light in the breakfast nook and the new kitchen paint color palette to perfection! Price Range: Approx. $200.00
Shaw Carpet with Anso – Okay, so we mostly install wood flooring for our clients’ homes. However, when it came time to redo our own bedrooms, we opted to go with carpet instead. After spending an afternoon in a carpet showroom literally walking on dozens of carpet samples with our bare feet, we chose a Shaw shag-like carpet with Anso. It was like stepping on clouds – it was that soft! Now, when we have people over, we constantly get compliments about how soft the carpet feels. Price Range: Approx. $3.00/sq. ft.
