Modern Master Bathroom Makeover

We just completed the renovation of our client's outdated 1980's style master bathroom. Out went the pre-fab shower unit and stock vanity, and in came new designer tile and a beautiful wood vanity and decorative mirror.

New Kitchen and Laundry Room Wood Floors for a Classic California Bungalow

About a year ago, we renovated this classic California bungalow with reclaimed and all new matching wood flooring throughout the house EXCEPT the kitchen and laundry room. Our clients called us back again recently to install the same wood flooring now throughout the kitchen and laundry room so it looks consistent with the rest of the house.

The wood floor planks we got are an exact match to what was used back when the bungalow was built (in the 1920's). They were stained with an Ebony-colored stain and treated to 3 layers of high-gloss varathane.

Driveway Gates for a Spanish-Revival Bungalow

We just completed the construction and installation of a set of custom-built driveway gates for a Spanish-Revival bungalow in the heart of Belmont Shore, Long Beach.

1920s Bungalow Porch Repair

This adorable bungalow had been suffering from a deteriorating porch. We removed the entire porch and replaced with hardy new planks and repainted to match what was there before. The porch is as good as new again!

White Picket Fence for a Vintage Bungalow

Not too long ago, a good portion of this white picket fence was knocked over by a car crash. We replaced the damaged southeast section and gate with a custom-made replica of the existing style of fence. Now, you can't tell the difference between the old and the new!
