1920's Kitchen Renovation In Progress

Here's a sneak peek at a kitchen renovation we've been working on. Out came the old simulated wood formica countertop and in comes the shiny new granite countertop, complete with a new stainless steel dishwasher, sink, and wall mounted faucet. A few more tweaks with "new" flooring (out of salvaged wood planks) and some custom cabinet doors, and this kitchen is ready to go.

Reinvented Vintage Lamp Post Light

Have you ever wanted to reinvent something into something else than what it was originally intended for? One of our clients had a vintage street lamp post light that they wanted to reuse as a hanging pendant in their main hallway. We took the light, turned it upside down, and converted it into a really cool chandelier! His picture was on the cover of SqueezeOC.

Laundry Room Wainscoting for a Vintage Home

Here's another neat project we just completed. After we relocated the plumbing for the washer and dryer, the laundry room was rejuvenated with new period-appropriate wood wainscoting.
